Aloe vera Serum

Aloe Vera Serum

I would like to share the Aloe Vera Serum recipe that you can use on your body.  My skin is very changeable depending on the weather outside. So I would need to have different products for each season. Well, I tried, and it was quite challenging to keep up with that. Recently, I created my recipe by studying different information out there.

The main ingredient is fresh raw aloe vera.

It can be used by itself, just rubbing it on the skin and letting it sit overnight or a few hours if possible. I prefer, after a long day and a great shower, to just leave it on my body overnight. After I have just had a morning shower and the skin feels very fresh and soft.

If you have more time, there is a recipe that I created. This recipe is more of a mask. You can leave it overnight, or just for 30 minutes or more.

Ingredients:

  • half of a raw aloe vera
  • 1/2 tsp Triphala powder
  • 1/2 tsp green olive leaf powder

  • Helps with dark spots
  • Relieves sunburn
  • Cleans dead skin
  • Helps with eczema and psoriasis

Silica

  • provides strength and flexibility to the connective tissues of your body — cartilage, tendons, skin, bone, teeth, hair, and blood vessels. Silica is essential in the formation of collagen, the most abundant protein found in your body.

Magnesium  Chloride

is a chemical in immune function.

  • Alkaline

Olive Leaf Powder/Extract

  • Its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties may help heal certain skin issues
  • The leaves are rich in potentially bioactive compounds and may possess some anti-inflammatory, hypoglycemic, and antioxidant/anti-hypertensive properties.
  • For people who struggle with acne, the anti-inflammatory properties of olive leaf extract are a blessing. Pimples are inflamed hair follicles in the skin. Although reducing inflammation is not a cure for acne, it can significantly reduce its intensity. Woohoo!
  • Olive leaf extract is also antibacterial, antifungal, and antimicrobial. That means it keeps bad microbes that could cause infection away from your skin.

Triphala

  • A traditional Ayurvedic remedy offers various benefits for the skin
  • Improves skin tone and texture
  • Reduce hyperpigmentation
  • Support collagen production
  • Helps with antibacterial properties
